How we handle data

Version of October 21, 2026. There are no sign-ups here and the practice timer stores nothing about your answers. It never records audio.

The events we log

A page was opened, and how far it was scrolled.
The timer was started or finished, and which buttons were tapped.
Technical context: a random browser ID, language, time zone, screen and window size, and the country of the connection.

We use these counts to see whether the routine and the week plan are used, and to improve them.

Events go to our own server first and are then stored with an analytics provider (EU). We don't sell them or use them for ads.

The app buttons open the App Store or Google Play, where their privacy terms apply.

Delete this site's stored data in your browser settings to reset the ID, or block scripts; the page still works.
